Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Corex (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Service is provided by Corex Operational System LLC, a Texas limited liability company located at 1401 Hesters Crossing Rd, apt. 4307, Round Rock, TX 78681 ("Corex," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Corex is a cloud-based business operating system designed for service businesses. The Service includes tools for booking management, scheduling, team management, customer relationship management (CRM), invoicing and payments, communication, analytics, and related operational functions. We may modify, add, or remove features at any time at our discretion.

3. Account Registration & Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• ✓ Be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts
• ✓ Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information
• ✓ Maintain the security of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• ✓ Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Subscription, Billing & Payments

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree that:

• ✓ Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected)
• ✓ All payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your payment card details
• ✓ Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• ✓ Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law
• ✓ We may change pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice; continued use after the change constitutes acceptance

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• ✓ Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• ✓ Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems
• ✓ Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code of the Service
• ✓ Upload malicious code, viruses, or any content that infringes the rights of others
• ✓ Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written permission
• ✓ Send unsolicited messages or spam through the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Corex Operational System LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Service without our written consent.

7. Customer Data & Ownership

You retain all rights to the data you upload, enter, or generate using the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your Customer Data solely as necessary to provide the Service. We will not sell or share your Customer Data with third parties for marketing purposes. Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corex Operational System LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if your account becomes delinquent on payment. Upon termination, you will lose access to the Service and your Customer Data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Williamson County, Texas, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
